Her background encompasses a wide range of programs and initiatives for leadership development, team effectiveness, and organizational change and transformation in industries such as marketing communications, IT, financial services, cable & telecommunications, and entertainment and sports.
With a warm, down-to-earth style and a gift for bringing clarity to complex situations, Holly's collaborative and creative approach ensures deep and lasting impact for individuals and at broader organizational levels. Holly has an MS in Organization Development from American University through the AU/NTL program and a BA in Sociology and English from Colby College. She also completed a certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University and holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coach Federation.
A lover of the arts, Holly is an avid reader, creative writer, and amateur potter. Spending time outdoors hiking is also a passion. She lives in Somers, NY with her husband who is a fine artist and blues singer. She adores her two grown "bonus kids" (aka stepchildren) and her remarkably spry 16-year-old rescue dog.
